Hosting Terms & Conditions
- Definitions and Interpretations
1.1. "Squircle" refers to Squircle, a digital marketing agency that provides web hosting services.
1.2. "Client" refers to any person or entity who purchases or uses Squircle's web hosting services.
1.3. "Services" refers to the web hosting services provided by Squircle.
1.4. "Website" refers to the domain, content, and associated data hosted by Squircle on behalf of the Client. - Services
2.1. Squircle provides web hosting services using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Fastly infrastructure.
2.2. The specific subscription plans and pricing structure for the Services are available at squircle.co/hosting. - Service Level Agreement
3.1. Squircle guarantees a 99.9% uptime for the hosted Websites.
3.2. In the event of a service outage, Squircle will work diligently to restore the Services as soon as possible. - Payments and Subscription
4.1. The Client agrees to pay for the Services in accordance with the subscription plan selected at squircle.co/hosting.
4.2. Payments are due on a recurring basis, as per the subscription plan chosen by the Client.
4.3. In the event of a failed payment, Squircle reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Services after 10 working days if the outstanding payment is not resolved. - No Refunds
5.1. Squircle does not offer refunds or any money-back guarantees for its Services. - Backups and Data Retention
6.1. Squircle performs daily backups for all Client data.
6.2. Backups are retained for a period of 60 days. The Client is responsible for retaining copies of their data beyond this period. - Acceptable Use
7.1. The Client agrees not to use the Services for any illegal, abusive, or otherwise harmful activities, including but not limited to:
7.1.1. Hosting adult content;
7.1.2. Engaging in illegal activities;
7.1.3. Causing excessive resource usage.
7.2. Squircle reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Services without notice if the Client is found to be in breach of this clause. - Suspension and Termination
8.1. If the Client breaches any of these Terms and Conditions, Squircle reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Services without notice.
8.2. In the event of suspension or termination due to a breach, the Client will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation. - Support

10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
